Kripower Pvt. Ltd. began its journey under the name Kritsnam Technologies, driven by a clear vision—to build high-quality, reliable power electronics designed and engineered in India.
Our founder Monil Jadav started the company with only a single DSO, a basic multimeter, a soldering kit, and an unwavering passion for power engineering. With this limited setup, the first power supply was developed after intense experimentation, continuous testing, and deep technical problem-solving.
As an engineer with strong expertise in LLC resonant converters, isolated SMPS design, high-efficiency DC-DC converters, magnetics design, and microcontroller-based control systems, Monil focused on building products with precision, innovation, and long-term reliability. Every circuit was designed from scratch, every transformer wound in-house, and every prototype refined through rigorous testing.
From those early technical breakthroughs, Kritsnam Technologies evolved into Kripower Pvt. Ltd., now recognized for delivering advanced custom power solutions to Railways, Defence, Government, and Industrial clients. With in-house R&D, our own transformer division, and a passion for innovation, we continue to push boundaries in high-efficiency power conversion.

About R & D
The company's technical strength is its Research & Development activities. Based on over 6 years of experience, KRITSNAM's Indigenous R&D department has many achievements to its credit.
Skilled manpower with excellent academic knowledge & experience in the field of power electronics industry works to provide high quality products and customized solutions.
Our R&D team is highly concentrated on the learning new power supply topologies and they develop a reliable product with the following development criteria.
- Selection of proper power supply topology to achieve the highest efficiency.
- Go through complex equations to improve EMC capability of the product (EMI Filter Design).
- Simulation results.
- Each & every component values are calculated.
Technology
To achieve highest efficiency in DIN RAIL SERIES convection air cooled power supply, we developed the most advance soft switching technology like LLC resonant converter with the synchronous rectification. That results, ultra compact Din rail SMPS compare to conventional PWM technology.
In near future, we will introduce a world class power supply series with very latest semiconductor devices like SIC & GAN MOSFETs.
